We reserve the right to change or discontinue any aspect of this website at any time, including the availability of any feature or content, and we may also impose limits on certain services. Prices are subject to change without notice. The names and / or trademarks of any and all vehicles or products are for descriptive purposes only.

PAYMENT
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Kansas residents and companies trading in Kansas will be charged Sales Tax unless a valid Resale Certificate is furnished. All payments are US funds unless otherwise agreed. All collection charges will be the responsibility of the customer. A 3% additional charge will be added to the total when charge cards are used to purchase cars or trucks. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. Our policy requires us to ship only to the verified cardholder's Billing address.  If you require items shipped to an Alternate Shipping address you must inform your Credit Card Issuer and have the Alternate Shipping Address noted on you account file. You must provide us with your Credit Card Services phone number and contact name.  We will then verifiy the address for shipping.  Full payment in advance is required for all special orders.
All products sold remain the property of Autobahn Power until paid in full.

ORDERS
Most orders go out the first or second business day after being received, unless noted.
A minimum order of $15.00 is required for processing.

SHIPPING
Unless noted at the item shipping is freight collect by the most economical means, usually via UPS Ground service or via US Mail. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.  All freight charges will be added to the invoice except in the case of some truck freight where the carrier may collect freight charges directly. Refused orders are subject to any and all freight charges. Some items are shipped at no freight charge.

DAMAGE
We inspect each product before it is shipped to make sure it leaves here undamaged. Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the carrier's bill of lading at the time of delivery. Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. It is very important to retain the package and packaging materials in case of damage.

CANCELLATIONS
Any orders will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

RETURNS
If you have a problem, contact us. If we have made a mistake we will do our best to rectify it. If the mistake is not our fault and the parts not defective we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (20%). All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and all shipping pre-paid. Contact us for a return goods number. We do not accept returns without a return goods number, this number is good for 10 days only. Note: Batteries, electrical parts and special orders can not be returned. No item may be returned if it has been used, installed, disassembled, painted or altered in any way. The item must be in new resellable condition.

WARRANTY
Designs, materials and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Products that carry manufacturers' warranties are sold with that warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the defective merchandise. The final determination for all warranty claims is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. All racing products are sold "as is" without warranty. The entire risk is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary  repair. Autobahn Power makes no representation or promise with respect to the quality or anticipated performance of this equipment.In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Autobahn Power shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Autobahn Power shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Credit cards that have already been charged for the purchase, Autobahn Power shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.
